One of the words most influence has had and continues in vogue is governance, which today is accompanied by any qualifying as business, economic, global, global, metropolitan, technology information, and even as a synonym for governance. The diversity of uses meanings generated a labyrinth. This paper reviews the neo-institutional economic and Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Developmnt (OECD) approaches from one of the many versions of the current use of governance is generated is offered. We look for its origin, its assumptions, and its links with other ideas of governance that have served to reform public administration and the State.
