This paper intention is to analyze the abstentionism as a kind of several political phenomenons. In this sense, it discusses the many sides of the abstentionism in order to approach a rational model of civically participation in México. Also, it makes a critic against the monopoly of parties that take decisions in political system that let the citizens a very huge margin of political questions that citizens could take part.
