Abstract

Refer the importance of young people for social, economic and political life of a country, it seems idle. Not only because this age group means for the future of a society, but because of the importance of this age group has to government public policies designed to protect, educate, provide employment, health care and bet on them, to offer a better quality of life. This text offers a brief account of some public policy around young people but also their approach to new technologies as a space for interaction between young people and visibility to their concerns and social demands, political and cultural.
