Mexico faces an enormous and complex social challenge: precariousness increases, inequality and discrimination deepen, violence floods the social space while most of the population cannot access to justice procurement processes. At the same time, the social policy remains insufficient, despite the advances. The new federal government must assume the urgency to build a Welfare State capable of expressing itself in guaranteeing a decent life for the entire population.
