Abstract

ENRIQUE AGUIAR, David; HERNANDEZ AYON, Francisco Javier  and  PLASCENCIA CUEVAS, Tania N.. Methodological Proposal for the Management of Organizational Learning and Productivity in Micro, Small and Medium-sized Mexican Companies. Revista Col. San Luis [online]. 2021, vol.11, n.22, 00020.  Epub Feb 16, 2024. ISSN 2007-8846.  https://doi.org/10.21696/rcsl112220211303.

In Mexico, despite the fact that organizations such as the International Labor Organization (ILO), together with federal institutions such as the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, promote and finance the implementation of methods for managing productivity in the micro, small and medium-sized companies (MIPyMES), these do not last beyond three months from the end of their installation in the organizations. The objective of this work is to offer a method for managing the productivity of organizations framed in organizational learning with high durability. From the qualitative paradigm, and through action research, the Program for Organizational Learning Management and Productivity (PROGAP, for the acronym in Spanish) it develops.

Keywords : organization management; organizational learning and productivity.
