Abstract

The period in which Argentinean writer Ezequiel Martínez Estrada orients his work towards Latin-American scenery analysis and vectors that emerge from revolutionary Cuba at the end of 1950 is studied. It explores relationships essayist maintained with academics, intellectuals, politicians and publishers in Mexico. A highlight on his contributions to Cuadernos Americanos is made. His participations in intellectual circles and sociability networks, such as FCE, UNAM and El Colegio de México, are analyzed to visualize his impact on openness to continental dimension.
