Abstract

The present document is to characterize the Mapuche movement in Chile, especially one of its many forms: the Coordinadora Arauco Malleco. From our perspective, we need to identify the objective processes of reproduction of capital socio-territorial and socio-productive effects like lived experiences and perceived by sectors mapuche culture from these condition involving essential antagonisms and conflicts of interests creating powerful motivations for protest and collective action. The triad between the Mapuche people subaltern open antagonism and fight against capital and the state is the center of our analysis.
