Abstract
RONQUILLO DE JESUS, E.; SAN MARTIN MARTINEZ, E.; GUZMAN MENDOZA, J. and PEDROZA ISLAS, R.. Obtención de Nanocristales de Coenzima Q10 por el método de desplazamiento de solvente, encapsulados en polímeros de ácido poli-láctico y glicol polietileno. Superf. vacío [online]. 2010, vol.23, n.3, pp.15-19. ISSN 1665-3521.
This work presents results for Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) nanocrystal obtainment using the solvent displacement method. The nanocrystals were encapsulated in polylactic acid (PLA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) polymers. The following parameters were evaluated: factor A, PLA-PEG (mg), factor B, CoQ10 (%), and factor C, gelatin (%). Additionally, solubility of the encapsulated nanoparticles in simulated gastric fluid and intestinal fluid was determined using a complete surface-response experimental design. The characterization of CoQ10 nanoparticles was performed employing Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques.
