The quantum rectangular wells possess imperfections in their crystalline structure and their chemical composition obtained in the growth process. The potential in the well region may have variations around its constant value, caused by the changes under the experimental conditions. The objective of the present work is to study the effect of these variations on the electronic confined states. We consider random changes in certain intervals of the experimental conditions and we calculate the energies and the spatial distributions of the electronic states as well as the energies of the optic transitions between them.
