Abstract

To make more instruments for assessing argument competence is an important educative research work in order to promote critical thinking into post message in academic training forums. In this article reliability, validity and design of rubrics process is described. This elaboration was divided in three phases: rubric design, content validity made for 13 judges and rubrics use made for 3 codifiers. The Cronbach's alpha reliability was .845 for all rubrics. The judge agreement was 70% in 38 from 52 evaluation criteria.
