Abstract

The paper deals with the study of the appearance of new fields of knowledge, institutionalized as programs for the university-level academic formation; this practice is becoming more and more necessary in these times. In this case, the present study shows an analysis of the National Program for the Formation in Quality and Environment, based on a management integrated systems approach that feeds on the revelation of the connections between the organizational environmental management and social studies of science and technology contextualized in the social experience of the new university education in Venezuela.
