This text explores the sense of slowness from several points of view, taking as its axis its condition of purely relational experience, in a constitutional link with a meaning in a permanent process of development. It takes as references priviledged, diverse expressions from time, from tempo and from rhythm in various esthetic manifestations, such as poetic, narrative and musical compositions, and the transformations that its meaning has experienced throughout modern times.
