Abstract

NAVARRO MARTINEZ, Sergio Iván  and  SALDIVAR MORENO, Antonio. An approach from Cesder-Chiapas for an intercultural experiential construction. Sinéctica [online]. 2018, n.50. ISSN 2007-7033.  https://doi.org/10.31391/s2007-7033(2018)0050-004.

The article aims to reflect about construction of educational practice from a perspective called experiential interculturality at the Centro de Estudios para el Desarrollo Rural in Chiapas. Methodologically, research is positioned from a decolonial thinking and a constructivist perspective. Among the findings, we can say that experiential is assumed as an intersection space between different dimensions shaping the daily life of a subject, actually in the experience it is the knowledge, emotions, political positions, expectations, and desires that contribute to the construction of socio-culturally significant learning. It is shown as the commitment of the formative process beyond the classroom space; in other words, special attention is paid to the individual and collective process that students develop throughout their formation and the way in which their actions affect their family, working group, organization and/or community. Conclusion is that the educational proposal of experiential interculturality (unintentional curricula), is propitiated and enriched by different reflections, discussions, interactions, contradictions, and dynamics between teachers and students through daily life, inside and outside of the classroom and from the linkage with communities and social organizations.

Keywords : educational practice; experiential interculturality; significant learning; constructivism.
