The current study aims to reflect on social justice and its influence over education's resources and policies. The social development validates human rights and, among them, the right to education. However, the right to education access is not only recognized as universal but also it refers specially to the learning right. By means of the development of a quality education the children with different abilities and from different contexts could be attended. So that, social justice and education concepts have been defined and they have been drawn together according to the Martha Nussbaum's theory about abilities development. Finally, a set of educative principles have been worked out in order to achieve an education system that promotes social justice.
