This is a report of a qualitative research realized in an indigenous elementary school with twenty immigrant students. In this school we identified the educative reality in which these boys and girls. We observed the different internal and external conditions which possibilities the educative intervention as well as the labor with these students. We review two analytic levels: the first, the analysis of the Educación Básica sin Fronteras, project that attend migrant students; and second one, a review of the educative intervention. We conclude that is very hard to transform the school when it is in conditions of marginalization. In this case an intervention project is possible to fail because of the fragility of this kind of schools as a result of the external conditions of the migrant students.
