This essay questions the tension between subjectivity and politics. It revives the narrative reason of school principals', who have a background and an identity formed within the institutional framework that reveal the contradictions of the social world. This work recovers their voices. The role of the school manager versus the new devices from political discourse of the school management is described and the impact on the subjectivity of these actors.
