Abstract

We review novel physiopathological concept of Cardiogenic Shock associated to acute coronary ischemic syndromes, where the mechanist terms become jumbled not only, but the neuro-hormonal, immuno-inflammatory, and biomolecular alterations. In order to offer a pharmacointensive treatmentthat obtains the stabilization of the acute coronary Syndrome, for the reduction of myocardial ischemia. Also, we incorporate the incidence of this pathology in the Mexican population.
