For wich, the empirical test of the hypothesis of biased technological change (HCTS) was performed. Using a panel data the average elasticity of substitution of skilled relative to unskilled in regions of Mexico for the period 2005-2014 was estimated work. Through this analysis it was found that in this sector the relative demand for labor is more sensitive to unskilled labor.
