Abstract

The main idea of the article is that the youths maintain bonds differentiated with the labor market and these can be analyzed in function of the degree of inclusion and labor exclusion. Such bonds can give rise to the conformation of groups to with own labor and socio-demographic profiles. It is proposed to characterize to those not full inclusions from certain indicators of the occupations that have been object of adjustment as a result of the process of labor flexibilization of the last years. The work utilizes a proposal of operacionalizacion of the concept of social exclusion focused al labor market, from an analytic typology of inclusion / labor exclusion.
