GIRARDO P., Cristina  and  MOCHI ALEMAN, Prudenzio. Job Training Experiences Offered by Organizations in the Civil Society. RMIE [online]. 2020, vol.25, n.84, pp.205-229.  Epub June 19, 2020. ISSN 1405-6666.

This paper describes job training strategies oriented to young people, as carried out by organizations in Mexico's civil society. The objective is to share experiences that can enrich proposed high school curriculums. These experiences discuss alternative methodologies rather than traditional pedagogical techniques, and turn to the value of students' own knowledge and background. The text concludes by presenting reflections on the potential and challenges that these organizations face, as well as recommendations for policies, institutional management, alliances, and financing.

Keywords : fjob training; nongovernmental organizations; educational proposals, Mexico.
