This article attempts to take gender differences as articulated elements in the treatment of diversity, within a particular approach of values both taught and allocated in school, knowing the asymmetrical relations, roles and values which involve important ethical and valued matters. It shows, in particular, how gender can be placed in side a training proposal in values that includes a dialogic developing model, willing to discuss about moral person and considers a pedagogy for becoming subject.
