The experience and operation of this network of knowledge have been systematized in order to be a benchmark for such initiatives in Latin America. The methodology comprises documentary research and consulting experts who answered a questionnaire that sought to identify the characteristics of the network: collaborative work, horizontal relationships, leadership, autonomy, multidisciplinary and confidence; key factors that explain its consolidation and impact.
