My text centers in two points: a) Firstly, I will offer a brief overview about the dragging of Reinhart Koselleck's meditation of historic times; b) secondly, I will focus on the influence of conceptual history in today's tendencies, which emphasize the necessity of assuming a temporal perspective to the processes of identification in Modernization. It also comes aside from the standardizing processes (rationalization, differentiation, individualization and instrumental domestication). All of them offer a place in Modernity. Both, followers and detractors, recognize that Koselleck has already marked a path for his different proposals.
