Abstract

This article analyzes the way in which the political subject in Latin America opens the way to a culture of life, without discrimination and with respect to historical-cultural diversity. The creation of a new civilization demands radical changes in the political culture of work, as an activity of self-realization. Associated free work that responds to the felt needs of the population, through the rational and efficient use of geophysical resources and available human capabilities. Emancipated subjectivities are constitutive of a political-historical consciousness; they are formed in an innovative community with a sense of belonging to the territories in which they cohabit.
