Abstract

VELASCO MOLINA, Mónica. Blacks and nation project Brazilians of the 21st century. Perf. latinoam. [online]. 2019, vol.27, n.53, 00010. ISSN 0188-7653.  https://doi.org/10.18504/pl2753-010-2019.

The new millennium has given Brazil a new international projection, placing it as a country in constant transformation. However, it is needed an analysis that allows us to know up to where these mutations have permitted black Brazilians to be participants and beneficiaries of the changes given in the country. It is through an approach in political, legal, socio-economic fields and also through the idea that Brazilians have of themselves that we seek a closeness to the reality that black Brazilians live today.

Keywords : Brazil; black movement; brasilidad; nation project; public policies.
