Resumen

RIOS FLORES, Pablo Facundo. The new "Pathos" of German Phenomenology. Reflections on the "Religious" Character of Heideggerian Ontologism and its Approach to the "Philosophy of Hitlerism", According to the Young Levinas. Tópicos (México) [online]. 2018, n.55, pp.61-97. ISSN 0188-6649.  https://doi.org/10.21555/top.v0i55.910.

From his initial stay in Freiburg (1928-1929), the Levinasian reflections remained captivated by "hermeneutics of facticity" and by the new phenomenology prophet: Martin Heidegger. At the beginning of the thirties, Levinas maintained his fidelity to the new orientation, with his new ideal of life, almost a new "religion". However, after the Nazi rise to power and Heidegger's adherence to the new regime, his initial fascination with that movement led to a critical revision of the religious character of Heideggerian ontologism and his particular "magnetic field". The goal of this article is to determine how Levinas interprets the new "pathos" of "hermeneutics of facticity" and, concomi-tantly, the elective affinity of Heidegger with "political religion" and "philosophy of Hitlerism".
