Abstract

ZARAZUA, José Alberto et al. Esquemas de innovación tecnológica y su transferencia en las agroempresas frutícolas del estado de Michoacán. Estud. soc [online]. 2009, vol.17, n.34, pp.37-71. ISSN 0188-4557.

This research had as objective to characterize the schemes of technological innovation and their transference in the fruit agroenterprises. They were identified 137 nodes of the guava system-product complex in the East Region of Mexico's Michoacán State. The three key diffuser and disrupter nodes were calculated with Keyplayer 2 software and the others actors integrating the primary network were identified using the NetDraw 2.055 software, with a total of 33 nodes interviewed. Three actors were selected to carry out detailed studies. These actors were chosen by their propensity to share economic and technical information, their level of Innovations Adoption Index (INAI), of Innovations Adoption Speed (VAI) and the benefit-cost relationship. The results shown the farmers are the main actors in the process diffusion of innovations, with a ratio of 1 actor affecting to 5 and these to other 12 actors in average. These actors assume several functions directly attributable to government institutions and nongovernmental organizations. Subsequently the proposal consists to design a strategy of management of the technological innovation and its transference, which will have to count on two well defined levels, the tactical and operative level, after the strategic level.

Keywords : Social networks; Psidium guajava; innovations diffusion process; keyplayers.
