Abstract

The article presents the main findings in relation to the objective of identifying the informal learning strategies and skills that adolescents develop through transmedia practices pertaining to the Uruguayan case within the Transliteracy research. The methodology used consisted in the combination of a questionnaire; workshops on video games and four workshops on participatory culture; interviews; and an online ethnography. The results are linked to imitation, problem solving, evaluation, playing and learning by doing.
