Abstract

ESPEJO-SERNA, Adolfo; LOPEZ-FERRARI, Ana Rosa  and  RAMIREZ-MORILLO, Ivon. Two new species of Hechtia (Bromeliaceae; Pitcairnioideae) from the central part of Mexico. Act. Bot. Mex [online]. 2008, n.83, pp.49-61. ISSN 2448-7589.

Two new species of Hechtia, H. pretiosa and H. zamudioi are described and illustrated. Both taxa are endemic of central Mexico, the former is known from Guanajuato and the second from Querétaro.
