This article is organized into four chapters. From a descriptive and historical perspective, investigates discriminatory, political and moral elements used to stigmatize men and women of non-heterosexual sexual preference in Guadalajara, Jalisco. These social facts influenced the configuration of the LGBT community in Guadalajara, Jalisco, in its urban context. Elements and historical moments, global in nature, allow us to interweave the emergence of the Gay Liberation movement in Guadalajara, Jalisco, with other supra-national movements that are part of social movements revolutionaries of the twentieth century. He realizes some discursive strategies that the LGBT community used to rationalize and defend their modus eroticus and homoerospraxis.
