This article offers an overview of the problems to negotiate a second time the North American Free Trade Agreement. As global agriculture policy, this trade is sustained for the priorities of the biggest transnational corporations and others agences of the United States of America. This situation it means an unequal relation between Mexico and USA, and guaranties the economic and politic success for the same foreigner hegemony groups. For that renegociate is practically impossible.
