Abstract

Fibromalgia is disease of unknown ethiology that present more frecuently in going women even that at nigth appears a tomy age. The patients have a decrease of melatonin during the night their sleep pattern is changed. We studied ten patients with fibromalgia with poligraphyc studies during sleep and found alternations of phases I and II with many awakening episodes and tierines at the moment of arousal with oncrease of painful symptoms.
