Abstract

Eight species of ectomycorrhizal basidiomycetes collected from Cofre de Perote National Park are described. The species are: Amanita spreta, Bankera filigineoalba, Chalciporus piperatus, Gautieria mexicana, Rhizopogon olivaceoniger, Sarcodon leucopus, S. scabrosus and Ramaria flava. Of the studied species four are new records for Veracruz and one it is for Mexico.
