Abstract

This work analyzes the model of total quality management, doing essential emphasis in the necessary phases for the development of the system, and concretely in the phase of implementation, in which emphasizes the importance of the Human Resources practices to seek the commitment and support of all the personnel. Among the practices has itself noticeable the training of the personnel, establishing as hypothesis the existence of relation between this and the system of total quality. For the contrast of the hypothesis formulated has been choosed the sector of private security firms dedicated to the caution, existing in Spain, with a sample of 40 firms, and a total of 200 observations has been obtained.
