Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the coordination mechanisms of the Technological Transfer Office (OTT -by their acronym in Spanish) of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Cuajimalpa Campus. This office represents a modality of university-company linkage that in theory allows universities a better performance in terms of benefits as well as the development of a set of processes of innovation and knowledge transfer to the industry. The objective is to explore how the organizational structure, context and institutional design of this OTT have affected its performance and evolution.
