Tutorial plans are restricted as a form of a class companion between higher education environments. It has a very limited view if we compare it with the higher goals impose by the knowledge society. Its very important to move on from the usual tutorial system to one focused on a new process to develop creative individuals, as to have a good rating when acting on the dynamic and complex surroundings where they will spend their life as a professional, so productive as to become a meaning of change. The society of knowledge wants a whole new idea about the tutorial figure, as to be a place to acquirer capacities and abilities as to shape a human web to manage knowledge to join school environment with the real atmosphere from de academic development and professional innovations.
