This essay shows changes, from 1990 to 2003, on the probabilities for young people to finish Junior High School education in order to access the next level. Answers on the matters, explain that back in 1990 a youngster from a poor urban family had a 40 percent probability in order to end Junior High School studies while in 2003 this number improves to a 70. Furthermore, in this very same year, the probability to access to higher education programs is 3 times greater in comparison to 1990. Besides, children of non manual labour parents have more probabilities to access higher education programs with regard to children with manual labour parents.
