Abstract

In this article, the author analyzes two questions about legislatives Mexican elections of 2009: which were novelties features of mobilization in favor of invalid vote? And which were its consequences both invalid vote and institutional Mexican framework? The evidences examined shows invalid vote as collective action was characterized by novelty use of Internet like instrument of organization, dissemination and protest; the promotion ofvote was in the unusualway and the spontaneous and decentralized emergency of the mobilization. Likewise, the mobilization caused the rise of invalid vote in many country's States and propitiated a reform to institutional Mexican framework. Finally, the article stressed the studies about invalid vote, should consider mobilization factor as determinant on the rise of invalid ballots, in some cases.
