In this article, the author explores the application of the principles derived from Illustration (the freedom and material equality, in face of justice, ethics and fraternity) in the current cultural and communication development in the world and underlines cultural policies and actions to concrete them. To do so, he analyzes how the framework has changed in which the world culture moves in time and re interprets the old paradigms, stating them specifically in a constructive, surpassing and aggressive manner, in view of cultural policies for social change.
