This article sets the methodological differences between the linear models of production or consumption, and the accounting models of input-output or income-expenditure originated in the Leontief table's of input-output. It shows like the models originated in the table are built in a non linear, structural and dynamical conception of the economic systems more close of the empirical oriented character of his creator than other interpretation of the economic activity.
