The analysis of transparency is an important issue in the development of contemporary society and the state performance, as it relates constituted authorities with citizen complaints that are routed to know what the government does, how much costs in fiscal terms, who are responsible for their performance, how to take advantage of the resources allowed, what is the quality of public policies applied in a targeted manner, in short, what's the performance generated by responsible of governance and management of the society.
