Abstract

The article thinks about the political caricature in the "Porfiriato" period. The reserch is under the important mexican graphic tradition, and shows how images could be a powerful political weapon. Certainly the political caricature could be a doublé-edged weapon, as it was used during the period of "Porfiriato" by groups of progressive and conservatism ideologies.
