Abstract

DESALES-LARA, Marco Antonio. Spider fauna (Arachnida: Araneae) from Estado de México, Mexico. Acta Zool. Mex [online]. 2014, vol.30, n.2, pp.298-320. ISSN 2448-8445.

A list of species of spider for each municipality from Estado de Mexico is given, based in a bibliographic revision. To date there are 208 species records, grouped in 153 genera and 42 families. The most diverse families were Lycosidae, Araneidae, Theridiidae and Salticidae. The municipalities with the most of the cited species were Ecatepec, Temascaltepec, Cocacalco and Villa del Carbon.
