Abstract

VILLABELLA ARMENGOL, Carlos Manuel. The Contemporary Constitutionalism of Latin America. Brief Comparative Study. Bol. Mex. Der. Comp. [online]. 2017, vol.50, n.149, pp.943-978. ISSN 2448-4873.

This article analyses the contemporary Latin-American constitutional law, characterizing its different moments in accordance with data of the constitutions. It describes in particular the last constitutions promulgated in the region, written on new standards, and renovator of theories and institutions. This is a reflection on whether this constitutional law is a new canon.
