Abstract

BUSTILLOS, Julio. The Radilla Case: A Paradigm of Constitutional Protection of Human Rights Confronted with the Responsibility of the Mexican State. Bol. Mex. Der. Comp. [online]. 2012, vol.45, n.135, pp.989-1022. ISSN 2448-4873.

This article exposes an international case of human rights violation of a citizen by the Mexican State: the case of Rosendo Radilla. Considered a paradigm due to its extended duration, as well because jurisdictional confirmation of the guilty State was required, also because of the many modifications and legislative adjustments requested for its execution and finally because it was precisely the first ever to be executed.

Keywords : Rosendo Radilla; mexican State; violation; human rights.
