Actually the migratory legislation in Cuba it is worst, for the social changes today is incompetent, it was promulgate twenty years later. The academics has dealt very superficially with the subject, we are going to comment the migratory legislation and the problematic situation for this topic was what are the principal problems of the migratory legislation in Cuba actually. For this we auxiliary for the logics and exegetic methods, this is the first result to the investigation we began.
