In this work the tendencies of change are identified that configure the process of demographic, economic and territorial transformation of the metropolitan periphery of the City of Toluca. The methodological base is sustained in the analysis of a series of interpretive profiles, which are built with official statistical information and the obtained information of specific social actors.
