Combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy in simultaneous or sequential modalities are currently considered the standard treatment for patients with limited disease. The literature is reviewed from the case of a 33-year-old woman with ENKTCL of the leg with great destruction of the limb, obtaining a complete response under simultaneous treatment with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
