ROBLES-DIAZ, José F.. Radiotherapy in primary nasal cutaneous T-cell/natural killer lymphoma. Gac. mex. oncol. [online]. 2023, vol.22, suppl.1, pp.1-7. Epub Sep 11, 2023. ISSN 2565-005X. https://doi.org/10.24875/j.gamo.220000861.
Extranodal NK/T-cells lymphoma-nasal type (ENKTCL-NT) has a frequency of less than 1%, with an aggressive clinical behavior. Combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy in simultaneous or sequential modalities are currently considered the standard treatment for patients with limited disease. The literature is reviewed from the case of a 33-year-old woman with ENKTCL of the leg with great destruction of the limb, obtaining a complete response under simultaneous treatment with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
