Abstract

We present the case of a 43-years-old male, referred to the State Cancer Center of the Ministry of Health, Xalapa, Veracruz, because of ano-rectal lesion, giant condylomata acuminata. The study protocol was initiated, concluding Buschke-Löwenstein tumor. Not being a candidate for conventional treatments, treatment was started with radiotherapy with conventional fractionation, presenting a favorable clinical response (decrease of 90% of the initial size), with reduced hemorrhage and pain.
