Abstract

The aim is to present a proposal of the measurement of the corporate image in job satisfaction context in a sample of 129 students susceptible to be employed in the banking system. As a research method the principal components analysis was used; additionally, the technique of structural equations to verify the fit of the model. The results propose two variables that precede the corporate image in the context of job satisfaction, highlighting as main findings that the signals emitted by the banking sector are recognized as positive through their social responsibility practices. The originality consists in presenting a contextualized instrument to the banking sector; however, it´s limited by reduced factors incorporated into the model.
